Mr. Harper, President of Harper & Associates Engineering, Inc., has been working for over 25 years extensively in corrosion and tank structural engineering projects.  Mr. Harper holds a degree in engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and is a project manager for HAE responsible for overseeing all field operations.  Mr. Harper is also the lead diver for diving inspections for the evaluation of coating, painting, and seismic/structural projects.  Mr. Harper has performed over a thousand inspections on steel and concrete water tanks, wastewater treatment plants, elevated tanks, pressure vessels, and pipelines.  Mr. Harper is a member of AWWA, NACE, and other industry related organizations.
