Mr. Harper has been an Engineer and Diver on the Harper & Associates team for 4 years. Mr. Harper holds a degree in engineering from California Baptist University. He works extensively in the area of structural plans and is a valued member of the engineering team. he is also NACE certified and has been trained in coating/paint inspection. Mr. Harper is Dive Certified and has a long Dive log of dive inspections and cleanings.
