Mr. Baxter is a NACE Certified Coating Inspector (55401). He joined HAE in 2015 and provides quality control inspection on water storage reservoir projects.  Mr. Baxter is also a main diver on HAE’s dive team and has logged over 100 dives inspecting/cleaning water storage reservoirs.  In addition, he assists in conducting field evaluations and preparing photographic surveys for condition evaluations of tanks, pressure vessels, pipelines, and water/wastewater treatment plants.
