HAE INSPECTOR TEAM
Mr. Baxter is an Engineer with a degree from California Baptist University. Mr. Baxter is also the main diver on HAE’s dive team and has logged over 400 dives inspecting/cleaning water storage reservoirs. In addition, he assists in conducting field evaluations and preparing photographic surveys for condition evaluations of tanks, pressure vessels, pipelines, and water/wastewater treatment plants. Mr. Baxter is a NACE Certified Coating Inspector (55401). He provides quality control inspection on water storage reservoir projects.
