Harper & Associates Engineering, Inc. is a unique consulting firm within the water and wastewater industry, serving clients throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona.  HAE has specialized in engineering services for the rehabilitation of water tanks and reservoirs and wastewater facilities for over 35 years.  This makes HAE unique in structure and talent within the engineering industry.  In the last 20 years, the firm has broadened the spectrum of services to include new tank design, cathodic protection design for reservoirs and pipelines, and construction management of various types of projects within the water and wastewater industry.
